Man Guilty of Fentanyl Possession Featured on Day 17 of Catch 22

Ruben Dominguez is the featured fugitive on day 17 of the Yavapai Silent Witness Catch 22 program. Dominguez was arrested for possession of a narcotic drug, fentanyl, and found guilty in February 2023. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Dominguez on standard probation supervision for four years. Dominguez has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. He had a prior address in the 4700 block of North Sheridan Drive in Prescott Valley, and his last known address was in Peoria. Dominguez is 38 years old and has multiple tattoos on both arms, across his chest and neck, and his last name “Dominguez” across his back.
