Yavapai County law enforcement is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Raymond Elijah Padilla, who is the featured fugitive on Day 18 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program. Padilla was found guilty of criminal impersonation and criminal damage on April 12, 2021. The court suspended the imposition of his sentence and placed Padilla on standard probation for two years. In May 2022, Padilla was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and theft, and he was placed on probation supervision for three years. However, he has failed to comply with the conditions of his release, and his whereabouts are currently unknown.
Padilla is 21 years old, stands at 5’7″ tall, and weighs 135 lbs. His last known address was in the 1000 block of East Beech Circle in Cottonwood.
