The Town of Prescott Valley has appointed Celina Morris, the former finance manager for Goodyear, as its new Finance Director.

Morris served as the Finance Manager at Goodyear since 2021, overseeing accounting functions for an organization of more than 900 employees and a fund balance of $1.2 billion. Her achievements include leading the Capital Projects Process Review, implementing software to manage the city’s $500 million debt obligations and reporting, and establishing a reporting system for financial and non-financial data analysis and presentation. Under her leadership, Goodyear received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the GFOA.

Previously, Morris held roles as Division Controller for Construction at KOMAN Holdings in Chandler and Accounting Manager and Finance Director for the City of Casa Grande.
