The City of Prescott has released the December 19th, 2023 settlement agreement with former City Manager Katie Gregory. The details include:

Gregory’s voluntary resignation effective December 20th, 2023.

The City will pay Gregory nine months of salary through September 24th, 2024. Gregory’s reported annual salary was $225,000.

The City will continue to provide health insurance and Arizona State Retirement System contributions to Gregory through September 24th, 2024 unless she obtains employment with health benefits or ASRS contributions.

Both parties waive liability against each other.
