A dominating start to the season. The Bradshaw Mountain baseball team began its 2024 campaign at the Wayne Decombs Pre-Season Invitational Thursday, where they took on Shadow Ridge. The score was tied 2-2 after the first inning. After that, the Bears took complete control of the game and run-ruled the Stallions, final score 14-2.

Garison Jones had a four RBI day for Bradshaw Mountain. Caden Randall drove in three runs and scored three runs. Isaiah Avila had two RBIs. Shane Lievsay threw a complete game victory, striking out three.

Bradshaw Mountain has two games on the docket today at the invitational. They face Millennium and Sunrise Mountain. The Bears begin Power Point play next Tuesday when they travel to Estrella Foothills. Their first home game is next Wednesday when they host Scottsdale Saguaro.
