Local players were all over this year’s All-Grand Canyon Region Team for boys soccer. Leading the way was Bradshaw Mountain’s Jair Montoya, who for the second year in a row was named the Region Player of the Year. He recorded 15 goals and nine assists this season. Montoya also made the All-Region First Team, along with teammates Will Smith and Ethan Smith, and Prescott’s Casey DeVito and Cole Schuman.

All-Region Second Team selections are Bradshaw’s Diego Delgado, Carlos Flores, and Kadyn Maynard, and Prescott’s Sam Woods and Andrew Kurnat. Honorable mentions went to Bradshaw Mountain’s Alan Flores, J.R. Miles, and Titus Womble, and Prescott’s Rico Gutierrez, Taylor Keppel, Arthur Kurnat, and David Richards.
