PHS Boys Volleyball Sweeps Crimson

Tuesday was not a good day on the road for the Prescott boys volleyball team as they got swept by Dysart. But when the Badgers returned to the Dome Thursday, that seemed to inspire their play on the court. Prescott began the match with a 25-12 victory over Crimson in set one. But in the second set, the Rattlers upped their game and made it a close affair. Still, the Badgers came out on top 25-22. The third set was also a close one, but Prescott also got the deke 25-21 to complete the sweep.

Zane Gaul recorded 14 kills, 19 digs, and four blocks. Kurt Hafer had 28 assists. Noah Hernandez made 12 digs.

Prescott is now 2-2 on the season. They are on the road tonight at St. Mary’s. Next weekend, the Badgers are at Raymond Kellis High School to take part in the Cougar Invitational.
