There are still openings for this month’s household hazardous waste collection in Prescott. This is for residential trash customers only. You can register at prescottrecycles.com until March 25. Curbside pickup of household hazardous materials takes place through March 29.

Acceptable items include pesticides, gasoline, car batteries, drain and oven cleaners, bleaches, oil-based paints, adhesives, and lithium batteries. All items need to be in a box labeled HHW and placed in front of your home six to ten feet up from your curb so it can be easily seen by the contractor on your scheduled pickup day.
