The Prescott police and fire departments were in the spotlight at last week’s city council study session. They will also be in the spotlight again Tuesday as the city council will hold a special study session regarding public safety needs and funding options. The meeting begins at 1 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
