The Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission has just one item on the agenda for Thursday’s meeting. The commissioners will vote on a preliminary plat for the Ponderosa Meadows Townhomes. The subdivision would consist of 20 units on two-and-a-half acres of land.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
