Prescott City Council Approves Ballot Measure for Public Safety Tax

The Prescott City Council Tuesday unanimously approved a special election to let voters decide if they want a tax to pay for the expansion of public safety services.

City Council had a lengthy discussion covering the percentage of the tax, a tax for capital improvements and operating costs, a debt issues.
