Plans for a new 90-unit apartment complex located at 500 South Marina Street were brought before the Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission Thursday morning. The project would require a 0.6-acre parcel to be rezoned from single-family to multi-family high density.
Seven nearby residents spoke out against the proposal. Rita Bagley, the first speaker, summed up the feelings of all the local residents who spoke.
In the end, the P&Z Commission deferred the proposal until its next meeting on May 30th.
