Training Was Key in Battling Legado Fire

One of the reasons the fire at the Legado Luxury Apartments did not spread to other nearby buildings was due in part to the training personnel from the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority received for just such an incident.

During Thursday’s Prescott Valley Town Council meeting, CAFMA Fire Chief Scott Freitag explained:

The Legado Luxury Apartments complex was destroyed by fire last month. Demolition of the burned-out remains is underway. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a $55,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the fire.
