An alarm at a pharmacy on E. Stagecoach Trail in Cordes Lakes early Monday morning alerted the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office to a break-in. When deputies arrived, they found the front door had been pried open, but did not locate anyone inside. Deputies found a cabinet that had also been pried open, which was later found to contain all the narcotics in the pharmacy.
The pharmacy owner had video showing a small gray vehicle pull to the back of the building and two subjects dressed in all black with faces covered walk to the front of the building and open the front door with a yellow pry bar. Surveillance showed that the two subjects were only inside for a couple of minutes before leaving toward the highway. The car is described as resembling a 2015-2019 Honda HR-V.
