The Prescott Valley Town Council takes up the issue of restrictions on urban camping at its study session Thursday. Also on the agenda is a discussion on restrictions for public solicitation motor vehicles.
The meeting starts at 3 p.m. in the Town Library Auditorium at 7401 East Skoog Boulevard.
