The Yavapai County Community Health Services building on Commerce Drive in Prescott is about to undergo major renovations. At its meeting Wednesday, the County Board of Supervisors approved a contract with C.G. Schmidt for the work.
County spokesman David McAtee tells The News:
The amount of the contract is $2.5 million.
