F&S Fresh Foods has issued a recall of its Whole Foods Market 15-ounce carrot sticks and 15-ounce carrot and celery sticks. According to Yavapai County Community Health Services, these products may be contaminated with E. coli.
The affected products were sold at Whole Foods Market stores in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, and Nevada. No illnesses have been reported from consumption of the carrot or celery sticks. The recalled items are packaged in plastic clamshell containers with the coding letters “GH,” followed by three digits ranging from 236 to 284. The best sold by dates range from September first to October nineteenth, 2024.
If you have these carrot and celery sticks in your home, throw them out or return them to the store where they were purchased.
