City of Prescott officials are working out the details of an improvement project for Copper Basin Road. The work would consist of putting down a new layer of asphalt and installing new curbs, gutters, and guardrails in the area of Sheriff’s Posse Trail, Mullen Way, and Butte Road. New drainage systems are also included in this project.
A final design by the contractor is expected to be completed late next year. Actual construction should start in early 2026.
