ERAU Wrestling #4 in Nation, Several Eagles in Top 10

The latest national rankings for wrestling have been released by the NAIA, and several Embry-Riddle grapplers find themselves in the top ten in their weight classes. Leading the way is sophomore Kenneth Copley, who’s number one at heavyweight. He was an NAIA All-American in his freshman season.

Chino Valley grad Keller Rock – the national runner-up at 165 pounds last season – is number two in that weight class. The Eagles have two wrestlers in the top five at 125 pounds. Landon Smith is number three and Allan Hendricks is number five. Jayden Lutrell is ranked number four in the nation at 157 pounds, Jonah Chew is sixth at 149 pounds, and Daniil Gorshkov is ninth at 174 pounds.

As a team, Embry-Riddle is ranked number four in the latest NAIA national poll. The Eagles are in Nebraska this Saturday for the Conner/Oppenheim Open.
