The Chino Valley Planning and Zoning Commission has just one item on the agenda for its meeting Tuesday. They will consider an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance regarding procedures for residential rezoning.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in Town Council Chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
