There are quite a few options the City of Prescott has when it comes to fixing the effluent line along Highway 89 and improving traffic flow in the area. The City Council Tuesday heard a presentation on these plans.
Andrew Baird, the project manager for Kimley-Horn, the city’s consultant on the project, explains:
Other alternatives include the addition of roundabouts and expanding Highway 89 to four lanes. The next stages of the project are the completion of the design concept report, followed by public hearings and a vote by the City Council.
