A leadership change is coming to the athletic department at Chino Valley High School. Joshua Clarke has been named the new athletic director for the 2025–2026 school year. He’ll officially take over the role on June 18th, replacing Matt Dunn, who is stepping down to return to full-time teaching.
Clarke brings over 18 years of experience as a coach and athletic director, most recently serving at Saint Paul the Apostle School in Los Angeles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, a master’s in education and a multi-subject teaching credential.
School officials say Clarke’s leadership, enthusiasm, and dedication to student success make him a strong fit for the role. They look forward to his impact on the school’s athletic programs, which place a strong emphasis on both academic and athletic achievement.
