Last week they shut out Holbrook. On Monday, they hung a clean sheet on Round Valley. Yesterday, there would be no shutout pitched by the Chino Valley girls soccer team. They would, however, get the win over Winslow 4-2.
Shelby Dilley continued her torrid season on the pitch with two more goals on her stat line. Valeria Sotelo and Natalie Graham each had a goal.
The Lady Cougars are now 3-2 on the season. They have a busy weekend ahead of them as they host the Chino Cup. On Friday, the Lady Cougars take on Holbrook – again – and St. John’s. Chino will also be home next Wednesday to take on Sedona Red Rock. That will end their long home stand. After that, the Lady Cougars are on the road September 30th at Payson.
