PUSD to Honor its First Distinguished Alumni Class

The Prescott Unified School District has announced its first-ever class of distinguished alumni. Eight graduates will be honored for their outstanding professional achievements and community impact.

The inaugural honorees include former Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, former State Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Brutinel, and current Attorney General Kris Mayes. Also recognized are World War One pilot Ernest Love, New York City Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia, business owners Michael Fann and Kathy Olsen Sischka, and former teacher Patty Pauley Rummage.

These alumni will be publicly honored prior to the Prescott High School homecoming game on September 26. Each inductee’s biography will be featured in the district’s new Alumni Hall of Fame. The public will be invited to nominate future honorees.
