Yavapai County got soaked Thursday.
According to the County Flood Control District, Lynx Lake received 1.10 inches of rain. Goldwater Lake got 0.91 inches. Mayer had 0.83 inches. Pine Ridge Marketplace and Sedona both received 0.63 inches. Prescott Country Club got 0.55 inches. Fain Lake had 0.47 inches. Outer Loop Road and Ash Fork both received 0.35 inches. Watson Lake, Willow Lake, Granite Basin, and Camp Verde all got 0.31 inches. Mingus Mountain and Cottonwood both had 0.28 inches. Prescott Heights, Cordes Junction, Bagdad, and Seligman all received just under a quarter-inch of rain. Downtown Prescott got 0.20 inches. Williamson Valley had 0.16 inches. Thumb Butte had 0.12 inches, and Chino Valley received 0.08 inches of rain.
More rain is expected in the Tri-City area today as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 50-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
