A new City Court docket fee could be adopted early next year. The Prescott City Council will consider the $45 fee at its regular meeting on January 13th. If adopted, the new fee would take effect 30 days later and would help cover administrative costs for court case management.
The proposed fee and supporting documents are available online at prescott-az.gov, and physical copies have been filed with the City Clerk’s Office.
