The Prescott City Council Tuesday got briefed on a new state law that allows municipal staff to approve or deny applications that use pre-approved housing design plans.
Mayor Cathey Rusing and Community Development Director Chelsea Walton had this exchange on the matter:
The new law was signed by Governor Katie Hobbs back in July.
