After getting shut out by ALA Gilbert North last week, the Bradshaw Mountain boys soccer team made up for that lack of offense in a big way Monday. Taking on Cactus Shadows, the Bears lit up the scoreboard. The Falcons, however, had quite a few goals of their own. In the end, it was Bradshaw Mountain who left the pitch triumphant, final score 8-4.
Alan Flores was unstoppable as he had a hat trick plus one. Jesus Castro recorded a hat trick. Sebastian Beltran notched a goal.
That brings the Bears’ record to 2-1 for the season. They are back on the road tomorrow for a long trip to Bullhead City to face Mohave in their first Grand Canyon Region game of the season. That will finish the 2025 portion of Bradshaw Mountain’s schedule.
After taking off for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, the Bears will play at Scottsdale Saguaro on January 5th.
