The Prescott Valley Town Council gave the okay to a development agreement for the Viewpoint subdivision at its meeting Thursday.
Ashley Marsh, a consultant for the project, explained:
The vote to approve the development agreement was 5–2. There are more than 1,000 more units planned for the Viewpoint subdivision.
