The Prescott City Council Tuesday approved a purchase agreement with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for a piece of land at the airport to construct a new control tower.
Airport Manager Rick Crider says the city could have some of those costs covered by the state:
The reimbursement could be as much as 90 percent.
