In Prescott, city officials have narrowed down their selection for the new city manager to three finalists. J. Dallin Kimble, the county administrative officer for Mariposa County, California, has been in this role since 2017, overseeing a $214 million budget.

Andrea Phillips brings experience as a town manager in two communities in Southwest Colorado. Previously, she served in the finance department for both the City of Columbus, Ohio, and the State of Ohio.

Scotty Douglass boasts 27 years of experience in local government, four years in the private sector, and four years of service in the U.S. Navy.

All three candidates will be present at a meet-and-greet event this Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Hassayampa Inn’s Marina Room located at 122 East Gurley Street. The public is invited to attend. The final selection will be made after the candidates are interviewed by the city council this Friday.
