The Prescott Valley Police Department and Yavapai Silent Witness are partnering to streamline the processing of tips regarding the Legado Luxury Apartments fire and the vandalism at Bradshaw Mountain High School.
PVPD spokeswoman Jodi Mullins tells The News:
