The remains of the Legado Luxury Apartments will be demolished. A release from the Fain Signature Group, the owner of the property, stated, “We met with insurance adjusters, structural engineers, and business consultants to assess damage. During that time, FSG conducted a visual site audit of the Legado structure utilizing drones and has identified with its insurance companies and structural engineers that the site is unsafe to enter. Therefore, anything inside the structure must come down with the demolition.”
Fain Signature Group is putting out bids for the demolition of the structures. They are also meeting with insurance adjusters, structural engineers, and business consultants to determine what to do with the property in the future.
