Prescott residents may face higher costs for their water and wastewater services as the City of Prescott plans to increase those rates. The matter will be discussed at a City Council study session next Tuesday, followed by a public hearing on the rate increase at the May 28th City Council meeting. A vote on the rate hike is expected to occur that same day.
If approved by the City Council, the water and wastewater rate increase will take effect 30 days later.
