Man Arrested on Numerous Charges Following Traffic Stop in PV

He got pulled over for malfunctioning brake lights and was arrested for a host of charges. According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy pulled over 28-year-old Joseph Boyle last Friday on Glassford Hill Road in Prescott Valley. Even though Boyle said he did not have any drugs or weapons in his vehicle, a K-9 was brought in and alerted on the vehicle.

A search turned up two grams of meth, a pistol, and other dismantled firearms. Deputies also discovered a scooter reported stolen out of Phoenix.

Boyle was arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of paraphernalia, inaccurately answering a concealed carry question, unlawful use of means of transportation, and possession of a weapon in the commission of a felony.
