Prescott’s Nathaniel Torres will stay in town to continue his athletic career. He has signed with the Yavapai College baseball team. Torres hit .273 with four RBIs this season.
Alumni update time. Former Yavapai College baseball player Jude Hall has been doing well at Southeastern Louisiana University. He’s hitting .301 with nine home runs, 28 RBIs, six doubles, 30 runs scored, and a .426 on-base percentage.
The Prescott YMCA is putting on a youth soccer camp. It’s for children ages 6 to 9 and takes place June 17th through the 21st from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. You can register at prescottymca.org.
