A conservation easement for Watson Woods is up for discussion at Tuesday’s Prescott City Council study session. Also on the agenda is a presentation by the Central Yavapai Metropolitan Planning Organization. The meeting starts at 1 p.m.
At 3 p.m., the voting meeting gets underway. The council will hold a public hearing on the proposed water and wastewater rate increases. The site plan for the proposed QuikTrip store on Highway 69 will also be reviewed. A rezone for a 36-unit RV park on Iron Springs Road will be considered, and APS will make a presentation on its fire mitigation plan.
Both meetings take place in the City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
