More than 80 teams are taking part in Prescott City League softball games this summer. While that may seem like a lot, long-time Prescott residents will point out that at one time, there were between 180 and 200 teams in the league.
Prescott Recreation Services Programming Manager Ryan Harlow tells The News they’re trying to increase the number of teams:
City League softball games take place Monday through Thursday. The season runs through August. Those interested in putting a team together for next year can contact Prescott Recreation Services at 928-777-1122 for details.
