Yavapai County got drenched Tuesday. According to the County Flood Control District, Mingus Mountain received more than two inches of rain. White Spar Campground got 1.10 inches. Kirkland had 0.87 inches. Lynx Lake, Goldwater Lake, and Pine Ridge Marketplace all received 0.79 inches. Sedona got 0.71 inches. Downtown Prescott had 0.63 inches. Thumb Butte received 0.59 inches. Camp Verde got 0.55 inches. Bagdad had 0.43 inches. Cordes Junction got 0.31 inches. Prescott Country Club had 0.20 inches. Prescott Valley and Mayer both got 0.16 inches. Chino Valley, Watson Lake, and Cottonwood all had 0.12 inches, and Williamson Valley received 0.08 inches of rain.
The Prescott area could see more rain today as the National Weather Service is calling for a 30-percent chance of thunderstorms.
