Once again, Yavapai Silent Witness will target the most wanted fugitives in Yavapai County. A new phase of Catch 22 begins next Monday. For 22 days, Silent Witness will feature a different fugitive each day. If your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
The Catch 22 program began in 1997, and has resulted in the capture of 130 fugitives with over $65,000 in rewards paid out.
