It’s the final game of the regular season, Northern Arizona still has a chance to make the IFL playoffs. In order to do that, the Wranglers have to win, and they have to have help from other teams in the Western Conference. NAZ is in Albuquerque Sunday to take on Duke City. The Wranglers go into the game with a 9-6 record, while the Gladiators are 2-13. In their previous meeting on April 21st, Northern Arizona came away with a 39-23 victory.
Bay Area, San Diego, and Vegas have secured the first three playoff spots in the Western Conference. The final playoff spot will come down to the Wranglers and the Arizona Rattlers, who are 10-5. The Rattlers are in San Antonio to play the 8-7 Gunslingers tomorrow.
Northern Arizona and Duke City play Sunday at 2:05 p.m.
