The Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce has awarded the town of Prescott Valley the distinguished Community Enhancement Award. The honor was bestowed for the improvements made to Glassford Hill Road, stretching from Hwy 69 to Panther Path. During a ceremony on Friday evening, the award was received by John Litteer, the town’s engineer, and Francisco Miramontes, the former engineer. Their team, including the Public Works Department and Asphalt Paving & Supply, was commended for their dedication throughout the six-month duration of the project. Their hard work ensured operational smoothness and kept the community updated about the progress and necessary changes.
The town expresses deep gratitude to both Francisco Miramontes and John Litteer for their crucial roles in enhancing one of the busiest roads in Prescott Valley.
