We are now at Day Ten of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program, with Kevin Baughman as today’s featured fugitive.
In January of 2023 officers with the Prescott Valley Police Department conducted a traffic stop after receiving reports of suspicious activity. During an investigation it was discovered that Baughman was in possession of a large quantity of methamphetamines, and drug paraphernalia. Also, found in the vehicle were two shotguns and a scoped rifle.
Baughman was found guilty of attempted sale or transportation of dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons. In March of 2023 he was placed on probation for three years. Baughman has failed to meet the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Baughman has prior addresses in Prescott and has worked in Prescott Valley. He may have family in Yucca, Arizona. Baughman is 6’3, weighs 190 lbs and has dark hair.
