The Chino Valley Planning and Zoning Commission votes on a couple of rezones at its meeting Tuesday. One is for a one-and-a-half acre parcel on Highway 89 from commercial light to commercial heavy, the other is for a ten-acre parcel on East Road Two North from agricultural residential to single-family residential.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in town council chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
