#3 – Uriah Tenette, PHS FB/BKB (FB, 21 total TDs, 51 tackles, All-Region 1^st Team, All-Conference Honorable Mention; BKB, Co-Conference Player of the Year, Region Player of the Year, 31.4 PPG – 23^rd in nation)

#4 – Quenton Metz, CVHS XC/TF (XC, 6^th sectional meet; TF, part of state champion 4X800 relay, state runner-up 1,600m; Male Cougar of the Year)

#5 – Tony Hacke, CVHS SOC/TF (SOC, All-Region 2^nd Team; TF, part of state champion 4X800 relay, state runner-up 800m)
