Actual competition is almost here for the Embry-Riddle volleyball team. They open the season Aug. 15 at the Montana Tech tournament. That’s the first of four tournaments to begin the season for Riddle. On Aug. 23, they are in New Orleans for the Loyola tournament; Aug. 30, the Lady Eagles are in Surprise for the Ottawa tournament; and on Sept. 6, Riddle travels to Missouri for the Park tournament.
GSAC play begins for the Lady Eagles Sept. 13 at Ottawa. The home opener is Sept. 18 versus The Master’s. Four of Riddle’s next six matches after that are at home. Three of the Lady Eagles’ final matches of the year will take place in the Eagle Gym; Oct. 24 versus Arizona Christian, Oct. 26 versus Ottawa, and the regular season finale Nov. 8 versus Hope International.
