The beautification of downtown gets discussed at Tuesday’s Prescott City Council study session. It begins at 1 p.m. Then at 3 p.m., the voting meeting gets underway. Council holds a public hearing on the proposed increases to impact fees.
Both meetings take place in City Council chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
