A big donation helps the Verde Valley Fire District purchase new equipment. Firehouse Subs in Prescott Valley recently donated more than $24,000 to the agency. Verde Valley Fire used the money to buy 24 Seek Fire-Pro thermal imaging cameras. This equipment can enhance visibility during search and rescue operations and detect fire sources and hot spots.
