A public hearing and a vote on the proposed North Hill Drive duplex comes before the Prescott Valley Town Council at its meeting Thursday. The council will also hear a presentation on Library Card Sign Up Month.
The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the town library auditorium at 7401 East Skoog Boulevard.
