A review and vote on the updated plans for the Assembly at Old City Hall project has been scheduled for the Prescott Preservation Commission meeting this Friday at 9 a.m. in City Council Chambers at 201 N. Montezuma St.
After receiving input at the June 14 meeting, this project was redesigned by the developer and presented in concept to the Preservation Commission at their regular meeting on July 12.
The proposed redevelopment project has spaces for retail, restaurants, and conference/meeting space on the main level with upper levels consisting of a hotel with 109 guestrooms.
The public are welcome to attend this and all public meetings in person.
